If your organization’s grant award letter states that all or a portion of the grant is contingent upon fulfilling one or more requirements, please submit the necessary information along with a cover letter requesting payment. Don't forget to reference the grant number.

• Raising matching funds from a certain type of donor:

If the money must come from "increased sources," include the amount of the difference between the previous gift and the most recent gift. Don't forget the grand total!

• Raising the balance of the project budget:

• Filling a certain position:

In a letter, indicate the person's name and date of hire, and attach a copy of his or her resume.
