We accept unsolicited proposals only from 501(c)(3) public charities; all other organizations, including government agencies, should call before applying. Proposals are reviewed at the foundation’s March, July and November board meetings. To be reviewed for a specific board meeting, your complete proposal must be in the office on the following deadlines (by midnight - if emailed or submitted online, or by 5:00pm - if mailed or dropped-off):

• Friday, March 26, 2010 for review in July 2010

• Friday, July 30, 2010 for review in November 2010 (Starting with this deadline, proposals will be accepted only through the online application.)
• Friday, December 3, 2010 for review in March 2011
