Susan Mudd
For over 15 years, Susan Mudd was Wisconsin Director of Citizens for a Better Environment. She then consulted for the Brico Fund before moving to Chicago. Her experience includes a wide array of environmental issues: air and water quality, pesticides, pollution prevention, transportation and land use, and women's health and the environment. She was a founding board member of the Wisconsin Green Building Alliance and the Wisconsin League of Conservation Voters. Currently, Susan is drafting a Midwest global warming campaign plan with the Illinois State Environmental Leadership Program. She serves on the boards of the Center for Neighborhood Technology, the Congress for the New Urbanism and Earth Share of Illinois. She has a J.D., an M.A. in Public Administration and Public Policy, and a certificate in Energy Policy. Susan has assisted in proposal review with the foundation since 2005.
