Bruce Mabee, Managing Partner, Milestone Partners, LLC

Bruce has served the foundation as staff retreat facilitator since 2000. As a consultant in organizational change, leadership and strategic planning for 30 years, Bruce supported global businesses such as Motorola, government agencies including the US Air Traffic Control organizations, and many nonprofits.  He has trained and coached over 1,000 managers and professionals, in the US, Europe and Asia, in the art of consulting. He has taught in the graduate schools of Aurora University, DePaul, Loyola and the University of Chicago. He is Board Advisor and former president of the OD Network of Chicago. His education includes a Master of Science in Management & Organizational Behavior from George Williams College and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Illinois at Urbana.
