Colleton County

David Smalls left a career in banking and returned to his hometown to lead the Walterboro-Colleton County Chamber of Commerce. He is chairman of the board of the South Carolina Artisans Center and also serves on the boards of the Colleton Museum and the Colleton County Arts Council. He serves on the governor’s Climate, Energy & Commerce Advisory Committee.
